It's almost December, yarn, work and chocolate...

It's almost December, and I need to finish lots of knitting before the holidays get here. Thankfully, I have limited what I expect to 2 or 3 pairs of socks and finishing the Irish Hiking Scarf (which is coming along nicely). I have a few more new yarns in my etsy shop www.thankewe.etsy.com. I have sold 5 of them in the past 2 weeks and have put up 5 more; 2 apeldoorn superwash wool sock yarns, 2 blue/yellow superwash wool sock yarns and a red, green and ecru superwash sock yarn (pic coming soon).

News on the Work Front

My new job started this week - an orientation, a computer training, and an office orientation. Clients will be scheduled next week. I am happy about this transition. Next week I reduce my hours at my day job. Between the two, I will always have a 3-day weekend and all day Wed. off. I am delighted that things worked out - the timing of the opportunities couldn't have coincided better. It's quite remarkable, really.

For the Chocolate Lover

Hersheys has done it. I don't usually plug any products, but I have to shout about this one. I often wondered why European chocolate was so much better than the everyday offerings from Hershey's. Hershey's new premium line of chocolate is called Cacao Reserve. I have tried the milk chocolate variety and it is so creamy and delicious...If you love chocolate, you MUST try it. Click on LINK below to read about it. Apparently, there is also a hot chocolate product in the same line. I will be looking out for that. It's going to be a GOOD winter.
