Quick Crocheted Vest

I started crocheting this vest last night and all that is left to do is to block it. I used worsted weight cotton - mine was from a bag of mill ends. It used about 10 oz and mine is about a size 2X. You can get the pattern at http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/clc-vest.html

The pattern was considered an intermediate in terms of difficulty. I actually found it pretty easy.

Crocheting once in a while is a nice break from knitting.

Pretty vest! It's very reminiscent of the styles in the late 60s, early 70s. On the previous post, I've made a couple steeked garments, but there's the problem that if it doesn't turn out right, there's no way to reclaim the yarn.
